Sign Services – Terms & Conditions (2026)
These Terms & Conditions apply to all real estate sign installation, removal, rental equipment, maintenance, and related services provided by Patronhawk Construction Inc.

1. Payment
Invoices are issued according to the agreed billing schedule. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon receipt. Patronhawk Construction Inc. reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

2. Equipment Ownership
All signposts, brackets, hooks, metal spikes, solar lights, hardware, and installation accessories supplied by Patronhawk Construction Inc. remain the property of Patronhawk Construction Inc. unless purchased by the customer.
Replacement charges may apply for lost, stolen, or damaged rental equipment.

3. No Rental Period
Patronhawk Construction Inc. does not charge recurring rental or renewal fees for active residential real estate listings.
Your signpost remains installed for the duration of the active listing.
Once the property is sold, leased, withdrawn, cancelled, or expires, simply request removal and we will schedule pickup.

4. Standard Installation Includes
Every standard sign package includes:
* Professional installation of one signpost.
* Installation of one Agent/Brokerage sign.
* Installation of one rider (if supplied).
* Secure mounting of signage.
* Photo confirmation after installation.
* Professional removal upon request.
* FREE weather-related repair and reinstallation.

5. Weather Repair Guarantee
Patronhawk Construction Inc. provides complimentary repairs or reinstallation when a properly installed sign becomes loose, leans, or falls due to normal weather conditions during an active listing.
This guarantee does not cover:
* Vehicle damage
* Theft
* Vandalism
* Intentional damage
* Third-party damage
* Missing or destroyed equipment
Replacement charges may apply where required.

6. Customer-Supplied Signage
All signs, riders, and marketing materials supplied by the Agent or Brokerage remain their property.
Customers are responsible for ensuring signage is ready for installation before the scheduled service date.

7. Equipment Storage
Storage of customer-owned signs may be available upon request, subject to available space.
Patronhawk Construction Inc. reserves the right to return stored signage after extended periods of account inactivity.

8. Service Area & Travel Charges
Standard pricing applies to all service locations within a 75 km radius of our operating area.
For service locations beyond 75 km, an additional travel charge of $20.00 will apply per service visit.
Locations requiring significant travel beyond our standard service area may require a custom quotation before booking.

9. Underground Utilities & Site Hazards
Customers must notify Patronhawk Construction Inc. before installation of any known hazards including, but not limited to:
* Underground utility lines
* Irrigation systems
* Invisible pet fences
* Landscape lighting
* Septic systems
* Private utility installations
* Any other underground obstructions
Patronhawk Construction Inc. is not responsible for damages resulting from undisclosed hazards.

10. Property Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the installation location.
Additional service charges may apply if work cannot be completed due to:
* Unsafe conditions
* Restricted property access
* Aggressive animals
* Hostile occupants
* Incorrect property information
* Failed service attempts

11. Legal Installation Locations
Signs will only be installed where legally permitted.
Patronhawk Construction Inc. reserves the right to refuse installation on municipal property, public rights-of-way, restricted areas, or locations that may violate local regulations or create safety concerns.

12. Equipment Transfers
Rental signposts and supplied hardware may not be moved, transferred, or reused at another property without authorization from Patronhawk Construction Inc.
A new service request is required for all location changes.

13. Removal Requests
Customers should request sign removal promptly after a property is sold, leased, withdrawn, cancelled, or expires.
Patronhawk Construction Inc. reserves the right to remove abandoned rental equipment from inactive listings.

14. Service Scheduling
Same-day service may be available depending on scheduling and workload.
Requests received after the daily service cutoff may be scheduled for the next business day.

15. Limitation of Liability
Patronhawk Construction Inc. exercises reasonable care during all installations and removals.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. Patronhawk Construction Inc. shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

16. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes (HST) will be added to all invoices.

17. Acceptance of Terms
Booking any service with Patronhawk Construction Inc. constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

18. Severe Weather
Services may be delayed due to severe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. We will reschedule your service as soon as reasonably possible.

19. Waiting Time
If a scheduled service cannot be completed because required signage is unavailable or property access is restricted, a service fee may apply.

20. Cancellation Policy
Service cancellations made before dispatch will not incur a fee.
Once a technician has been dispatched, a cancellation or service call fee may apply.

21. Photo Confirmation
Installation photos are provided as proof of completed service and may be retained by Patronhawk Construction Inc. for quality assurance purposes.

22. Warranty
Patronhawk Construction Inc. warrants workmanship on all installations.
If an installation issue results from our workmanship, we will correct it at no additional charge.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
* Vehicles
* Third parties
* Severe weather events (such as hurricanes or falling trees)
* Vandalism
* Theft

23. Removal Authorization
By requesting sign removal, the customer confirms they have authority to authorize removal of the sign and equipment.

24. Account Suspension
Patronhawk Construction Inc. reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances until payment has been received.

25. Privacy
Customer information is used solely for scheduling, invoicing, and providing requested services. Patronhawk Construction Inc. does not sell or share customer information except where required by law.

26. Service Guarantee
If we miss a confirmed appointment due to an error on our part, we will prioritize completion at the earliest available opportunity.

27. Booking Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
* Property address
* Civic number
* Lot information (where applicable)
* Installation instructions
* Gate or access codes (if applicable)
Additional charges may apply if incorrect information results in a failed service visit.

28. Property Damage
While every effort is made to avoid damage during installation, Patronhawk Construction Inc. is not responsible for damage caused by inaccurate site information or undisclosed underground hazards.
