2️⃣ General Service Agreement Template

Service Agreement

This agreement is between Patronhawk Construction Inc. (“Company”) and the Client.

Scope of Work

The Company agrees to perform the services described in the written estimate.

Payment Terms

For administrative clarity, the Contractor’s standard internal payment breakdown is recorded below:

10% – Deposit upon acceptance of quote

40% – On first day of work excavation/forming Etc.

40% – On pour day

10% – After final cleanup
Patronhawk Construction Inc. This structure is included for documentation only. Both parties confirm that payment will be made as per the Client’s
confirmed single-payment schedule above. Payments may be made by cheque, bank transfer, or approved digital
method.

Scheduling

Start and completion dates are estimates and may change due to:

    •    Weather

    •    Material delays

    •    Site conditions

    •    Unforeseen circumstances

Client Responsibilities

Client must:

    •    Provide access to property

    •    Remove obstacles

    •    Ensure clear work area

    •    Obtain permits unless otherwise agreed

Changes to Work

Any changes must be approved in writing and may affect cost and timeline.

Liability

Company is not responsible for:

    •    Underground utilities not disclosed

    •    Pre-existing damage

    •    Natural settlement or cracking

    •    Damage caused by third parties

Warranty

Workmanship warranty: 12 months (if applicable).

Does not cover misuse, lack of maintenance, or extreme weather.

Termination

Either party may terminate in writing. Client agrees to pay for work completed and materials ordered.

3️⃣ Warranty Policy

Patronhawk Construction Inc. provides limited workmanship warranties on eligible services.

Covered:

    •    Installation defects

    •    Work not performed according to contract

Not Covered:

    •    Normal wear and tear

    •    Cracking due to ground movement

    •    Salt damage (snow services)

    •    Lack of maintenance

    •    Damage caused by other contractors

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

4️⃣ Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable once:

    •    Materials are ordered

    •    Project is scheduled

    •    Work has started

Service Cancellations

    •    Lawn/Snow contracts may require written notice

    •    Seasonal contracts may not be partially refundable

Completed Work

No refunds will be issued for completed and approved work.
